timdonk You had me at "No button on top"! Nothing worse than having your headset driving that button into your skull on a long flight.

Michael Brooks There are two things I love about this hat: 1) there is no button on top, and 2) it's washable in the washing machine.
It's a durable hat, I've washed mine several times. Maybe I'm lazy, but I don't like to handwash my hats, so this is my go-to hat for flying. I even have two now, so I always have a spare.
My only complaint? I wish it came in more colors. If it were solid black, my company would allow me to wear it outside of the flight deck. It would also be nice to have velcro on the front to make it customizable.
