This review is based on my initial inspection of the bag. I have yet to take it on a trip, but if I have any problems I will come back and post an update. The overall fit and finish and quality seem appropriate for the price. A few imperfections here and there but nothing egregious. One has to look closely to find them. The size and various compartments and storage pockets are as shown in the picture and seem well thought out. There is plenty of padding on the end pockets and our Lightspeed headsets fit easily with room to spare.
My only real gripe is about the smell of the bag. On opening, there is a strong synthetic odor that seems to originate from the orange fabric on the interior, or perhaps the internal padding. The exterior and the leather smell fine. I tried wiping it down with a damp, soapy towel to no effect. For now I'm just leaving it open in my study to air out. I'm hesitant to pack clothes inside for fear the odor will transfer but it might just take some moderate use to wear away the source. As it is, it's strong enough that I can smell it as soon as I enter the room.
I will close by pointing out that I am more sensitive to smells than most, and I haven't seen any other reviews that point this out. But if you too are sensitive, this might not be the bag for you.

This bag is manufactured with quality materials and I expect it to last a long time. The interior orange color helps to improve finding the contents in low light situations.
Great flight bag. Shopped around for a year and found this one at there display at Oshkosh 2021 but they didn’t have any available. Ordered a few months later and was glad I waited.
I love the oversize headset pockets. They allow the case that comes with your Bose headsets to fit into the pockets, further protecting your valuable headsets. Other pockets are large enough and function well. Good quality zippers and “Carhart” like material should last well into the future.
