SEAPLANE DUFFELS
These rugged, water-resistant duffel bags are made for remote fishing trips, cross-country flights in old taildraggers, and any other adventures you can dream up. The huge center compartment can haul almost anything, from clothes to hunting gear, and features a padded bottom layer for protection. Best of all, the Seaplane Duffel remains flexible enough to stuff into cramped luggage compartments. You can even roll it up and pack it away in another bag when not in use. It’s your go-anywhere, do-anything bag—whether you’re flying or not.

First its a good price point. And it seems well made out of the box. The main zipper is nice and large but the flap that covers it barely covers it and just lays flat at the corners, it could be a little larger and have had some darts or other treatment to make it lay flat as it made the corner, or else use a more modern more water resistant zipper. I was surprised it didn’t come with a shoulder strap or any mechanism to attach a strap for shoulder . These are pretty good sized bags that could use such a strap. It’ll be fun to see how it holds up to real world use.

If I could give 10 stars I would have. I bought both bags and have used them for different occasions. The large bag is ideal for a 3+ day trip; small bag is a good weekend bag. They are constructed way better than the description suggests. This is the cheapest luggage I have ever bought!

Pleased with these products. When traveling, I’ve used the 60L bag for a 3 day getaway on my motorcycle. And my dog has taken over the 40L bag. She puts her dogfood and toys in it. I like that it’s water-resistant, able to be compacted, lightweight (yet sturdy), and that the Flight Outfitters logo is visible, but subdued.
